We can create or modify automation architectures, for existing or new systems
We can create descriptions of operating logics or Logic Diagrams, to allow third parties to integrate the software. Also following the integrator in the development and testing phases. Or once the documents are created we can integrate the control and supervision software on the most important platforms ourselves.
From process documents and data sheets we can obtain documents such as IO list, instrumentation list and everything necessary for the implementation of automation.

FAT
I am available to carry out FAT activities at the customer's premises or at other locations. This activity is one of the main activities carried out in recent years. These activities have been carried out mainly abroad in the oil & gas sector. This activity is often a consequence of the development of logic diagrams, but in some cases support has also been requested on jobs where the logics have been developed by other companies.
SAT
This activity often comes as a result of the presence at the FAT in the role of inspector, in other cases it has been carried out as a programmer for the verification of the software with an 'inspector and/or with the end customer.
PRECOMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING, START-UP
Activities that I currently carry out on the plants built, consists in the verification of the instrumentation in the field, functional tests of the logics before without the product with the product. At this stage, the experience gained over the years helps a lot in solving problems of system management
SIGNAL TESTING REFINING INSTRUMENTATION IN THE FIELD
This activity is not normally included in the activities of the system integrator, but having started with small companies I had the opportunity to delve into field instrumentation. My company provides signal simulators, Hart configurators, configurators for SI barriers for this activity.
One of the greatest satisfactions is to pass on your knowledge to others.
Over the years I have had many colleagues to whom I have taught my work, at the same time I have had the opportunity to teach both the end customer and other companies that were approaching the world of automation.
Courses can be organized for both Siemens and Rockwell in person or online, in Italian or English.
Since they are personalized courses, the type of course can be defined together with the interested party or parties.

Thanks to the collaboration with warehouses in Italy and China we can guarantee the availability of most PLCs, I/O cards, Touch screens of the most important control system manufacturers.
For the components out of production, we will soon find perfectly functioning reconditioned components. Delivery times are around 5÷7 working days.
